Exit Junction 8a of the M40, follow signs for Thame, this brings you into Thame High Street. Proceed up the High Street past Woolworths and the Spread Eagle, at the mini roundabout turn left, proceed over the zebra crossing and MBNS is found 100 yards on the right.
