How much does delivery cost?
All deliveries are free to the UK and Ireland. Items will be sent by Recorded Delivery Deliveries outside of UK and Ireland - £4.00 flat fee.
What do I do regarding returns and refunds?
Please telephone us or email us to arrange returns/refunds. It is always helpful if you can quote your receipt number and the date of purchase. All goods should be returned within 10 working days. Only goods in 'as new' condition can be accepted.
We will happily replace any faulty goods also.
Please note, goods are returned at your own expense. This guarantee in no Way affects your statutory rights.
